A dog behaviour consultation lasts for up to one hour and includes:
- Any necessary communication with your vet, such as discussing behaviour medication.
- An in person visit to your home environment to meet you and your dog.
- An in depth discussion about your dog and the issues you're facing.
- Any necessary demonstrations of training techniques.
- A personalised behaviour plan, unique to your dog and their needs.
- Any other necessary paperwork such as risk assessments and monitoring diaries.
- Continued remote support for up to 6 months via WhatsApp post consultation.

Online behaviour consultation
An online consultation lasts for up to 1 hour and includes:
- An online consultation to virtually meet you and your dog/cat.
- A personalised behaviour plan, unique to your pet and their needs.
- Any necessary demonstrations of training techniques.
- Any necessary communication with your vet, such as discussing behaviour medication.
- Any other necessary paperwork such as risk assessments and monitoring diaries.
- Continued remote support for up to 6 months via WhatsApp post consultation.

Cat behaviour consultation
A cat behaviour consultation lasts for up to one hour and includes:
- Any necessary communication with your vet, such as behavioural indicators of potential medical concerns.
- An in person visit to your home to meet you and your cat.
- A personalised behaviour plan, unique to your cat and their needs.
- Any necessary demonstrations of training techniques.
- Any other necessary paperwork such as risk assessments, monitoring diaries and home environment maps.
- Continued remote support for up to 6 months via WhatsApp post consultation.

Other behaviour services
Charity/ organisation assessment
A behaviour assessment for a dog within charity care or assessing for safety/ information gathering reasons through an organisation.
- A visit to the dogs place of residence to carry out the assessment.
- Any necessary demonstrations of training techniques.
- A full report of the dogs behaviour, noting any concerns. Including a risk assessment if necessary.
- A Behaviour Modification Plan, for dogs who exhibit any behavioural concerns.

What to expect
- The consultation process is designed to assess your pet and gather information relevant to your case. Hannah aims for consultations to be a relaxed and judgment free space, with the main goal of helping you and your pet.
- Please note all consultation are based on a standard hourly rate. If more time is required during the consultation, this will be charged as standard. For example, if a one hour dog consultation is booked, but 90 minutes is needed to discuss the case. This service would cost £165.
- Behaviour modification is often a lengthy process and will require consistent work on your end, and I ask that you keep in contact as you work through your plan to assess progress.
- Please don't hesitate to reach out with any queries.
- Guinea pig consultations can also be requested.

Hannah is dedicated to not only helping humans and their dogs, but also to help people develop a deeper understanding of their 4-legged companion.
Hannah also aims to prevent unnecessary relinquishment to shelters due to behaviour issues.
